  • Implement AI models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and generative AI applications to support clinical decision-making and research initiatives.
  • Manage large-scale data pipelines using ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and other big data systems to ensure efficient data ingestion and processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare data into actionable insights using SQL databases, R, Python, SAS, and other statistical analysis tools.
  • Deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms utilizing AWS services and machine learning cloud services for scalable solutions.
  • Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility of results through rigorous model evaluation and validation.
  • Design database schemas and optimize database performance for healthcare applications while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Utilize natural language processing techniques to extract meaningful information from unstructured clinical notes or medical literature.
  • Support data mining efforts by leveraging big data technologies such as Spark implementation, Hadoop ecosystem tools, and Looker for visualization.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable AI/ML frameworks that enhance predictive modeling analysis and improve healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA for automation and analysis tasks.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI implementation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, machine learning cloud platforms, and model deployment strategies for scalable solutions.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling techniques including unsupervised learning methods for clustering or anomaly detection in healthcare datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases, ETL processes like Talend or custom scripts for data integration from diverse sources.
  • Familiarity with big data systems such as Hadoop ecosystems, Spark implementation, and scalable analytics architectures.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for extracting insights from clinical notes or medical literature.
  • Ability to design efficient database schemas with a focus on database design principles tailored for healthcare applications.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools like SAS or similar software used in research settings.
  • Understanding of AI models' training, evaluation metrics, deployment procedures, and ongoing model maintenance in production environments.
  • Exposure to quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required; a strong foundation in data mining techniques is essential.
