Job description
CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Development Team on the All Spark program. You will support our
client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple ServiceNow applications. The Senior ServiceNow
Developer will play a key role and server as a trusted adviser to client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, SPM,
CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, custom application development, etc.
- You will be responsible for helping to develop code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code, and help to build the
code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI,
workflow, and API.

Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.

Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and
configuration changes/requests.
- Plans for data ingestion from different legacy sources, makes design decisions on that data, and works to reconcile data
based on the chosen authoritative source.
- Revolutionize and reimagine ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation by leveraging customizations, widget
capabilities.

Leverages UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.

Develops applications and modules using scripted REST APIs and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email
actions.

Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer's organization to accomplish project tasks.

Independent self-starter and proactive at developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow.

Work in an Agile Team creating/using stories and other Agile and/or SAFE applications within ServiceNow
Requirements
Required:
-
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
-
Current Security+ certified or the ability to obtain certification within 1 month of start date
-
Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT related field 5 years of related experience; or a Master's with 3 years of
experience; an Associates with 7 years of experience. A minimum of 5 years' technical experience.
- Extensive development experience with JavaScript's programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along
with ServiceNow Glide.
- Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process
management.

Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and
sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
Desired:

ITIL 4 certification

ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Graphics design or UX/UI design experience.

Experience in HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting

Other web based development experience using Angular, React and/or Python

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
