Job description
- Build scalable Python services, APIs, and AI-powered search pipelines
- Develop React-based user interfaces and reusable components
- Design cloud-native solutions using GCP and Kubernetes
- Enhance Elasticsearch and vector search capabilities
- Implement CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation
- Partner with architects and ML engineers on technical solutions
- Mentor developers and participate in design and code reviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience
- Strong Python and React/modern frontend framework expertise
- Experience building cloud-native applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure. GCP highly preferred.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Experience with search platforms, vector databases, or AI/LLM technologies (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, Algolia, Etc.)
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and mature CI/CD practices
- Experience working with monorepo environments INDIT
