Job description

The candidate will help build responsive applications from concept through production, working across the full stack while bringing particular depth in React-based front-end architecture. They should be comfortable partnering with product, business, data, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, well-engineered solutions. Experience working in financial services or asset management environments is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with configuration-driven application design and enterprise data workflows. Objectives

  • Design and build responsive front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and back-end services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Work directly with PostgreSQL and Snowflake to query, model, and expose data safely and efficiently, including hands-on experience with OLTP databases in transactional, high-integrity environments.
  • Build data-driven internal tools, dashboards, workflow applications, and enterprise user interfaces, including configuration-based and metadata-driven application patterns.
  • Apply strong engineering practices across security, authentication, role-based access control, testing, observability, and performance.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, contributing to code reviews and upholding engineering standards.

Senior Full-Stack Developer, Front-End Focus We are seeking a highly skilled senior full-stack developer with a front-end specialization to architect, build, and integrate enterprise-grade applications. This role calls for 8+ years of professional software development experience and an established record of delivering robust, production-quality systems in complex, data-rich environments., * 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end architecture.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
  • Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL and other OLTP databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and managing transactional data at scale.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar analytical data platforms, including SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs in enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing or working with configuration-based or metadata-driven application frameworks, where application behavior, workflows, or UI structures are driven by stored configuration rather than hardcoded logic.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication, authorization, and secure handling of sensitive or permissioned data.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment.
  • Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies and pull request workflows in collaborative team environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including managed services and cloud-native deployment patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or enterprise software environments is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial data concepts such as portfolio structures, investment workflows, trade lifecycle, or regulatory reporting will be considered highly favorable.
