Job description
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
- Perform help desk duties to include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and manage user accounts, email, permissions, and access
- Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points
- Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and remotely
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from a technology standpoint
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic IT Systems Support specialist to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure with a minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support . In this role, you will provide expert technical support across various systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users with their IT needs. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal system performance and enhance user satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment., * Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a strong focus on desktop support and equipment troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows support (Windows 10/11), macOS, Linux operating systems, and mobile device management.
- Knowledge of hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices along with software troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently
- Analysis skills to diagnose complex problems quickly while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
