Salesforce Developer - Apex, LWC, Integrations

Duties

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create engaging, responsive user interfaces.
• Design, build, and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure scalable system design.
• Implement best practices in software design patterns, microservices architecture, and system scalability to optimize performance across cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Manage version control using tools like GitHub or SVN, ensuring code quality through continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver reliable application development aligned with Agile software development principles.
• Document technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and API integrations for future reference and team knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience in software development with a strong background in web development frameworks such as JavaScript, React Express, or similar front-end technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce development including Apex programming language, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), database management (SQL/MySQL), and system design for scalable systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, C, or VBA is a plus for broader application development tasks.
• Experience working within Agile environments employing Scrum or Kanban methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN along with CI/CD tools to streamline deployment processes.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design principles, microservices architecture, design patterns, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and security best practices for application development.
