Leadership Innovation Self-Starter Communication Technical Issues Project Delivery Project Management Engineering Support Willingness To Learn, design, engineering, BESS, BESS Storage, * 8+ years of experience preferred. * Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission-critical projects is preferred. * Data center or power delivery background is preferred. * Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Self-starter, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
