Hardware Test Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for hardware
• Write and own test automation code (not execution-only roles)
• Support hardware testing at scale
• Build and deploy test infrastructure for lab and manufacturing environments
• Partner closely with hardware engineering teams

• Software engineering experience applied to hardware testing
• Experience working with hardware products strongly preferred
• Candidates without hardware experience must be clearly motivated to transition into a hardware-focused role
• Experience developing or supporting hardware test automation systems
• Comfortable working in lab, manufacturing, or production environments, * Programming experience (Python preferred)
• Test automation development
• Experience working in hardware-focused testing environments

• Strong preference for candidates with hardware test automation experience
• Must be aligned with on-site expectations
• Must be interested in long-term work in a hardware-centered role

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr.
