• This role bridges business acumen with deep technical execution in a demanding, dynamic environment., * Design and implement large-scale distributed systems, microservices, web applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Architect solutions end-to-end; lead solution design workshops; define design principles and technology roadmaps
• Hands-on builder and executor: dive deep into code and infrastructure when needed to unblock teams and maintain delivery velocity
• Mentor and coach engineers at all levels; foster collaboration across architecture and business partner teams
• Champion engineering excellence: DevOps, Agile delivery, Test-Driven Development, continuous delivery, and technical debt reduction
• Own infrastructure decisions in a federated model; provision, configure, and deploy services on AWS independently
• Troubleshoot complex issues; identify operational inefficiencies, integration conflicts, and systemic problems across the platform

• 8+ years enterprise SW engineering
• Cloud-native Python expertise
• AWS expertise | Lambda, S3, EKS, SQS
• SQL
• Data engineerings (SQL, ETL Orchestration)
• CI/CD, * Excellent communicator- verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Product-agnostic, willing to learn and maintain diverse financial applications
• High motivation, strong work ethic, self-starter with structured, detail-oriented approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive with ability to work independently
• Understanding of finance and accounting business processes to bridge requirements and technical solutions
