Manufacturing Systems Integration Lead (SAP S/4HANA & MES) - Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MES Liaison / MES Upgrade Assessment Lead to evaluate Manufacturing Execution System (MES) landscapes impacted by SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role will act as the bridge between SAP and manufacturing teams, assessing integrations, identifying upgrade requirements, mitigating risks, and driving MES readiness for S/4HANA adoption., * Assess current MES environments and S/4HANA integration impacts.

• Develop upgrade and migration recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate across SAP, MES, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support roadmap planning, testing, and deployment readiness activities.

Preferred: Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing industries.

• Strong experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Expertise in MES assessment, integration analysis, and upgrade planning.
• Experience with platforms such as Syncade, PharmaSuite, Opcenter, PAS-X, Camstar, or similar MES solutions.
• Ability to work with business, IT, validation, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, system integrations, and data flows.

Compensation: - Base Pay + COLA and this position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 8/13/2026
