IT Support / Time Implementation Consultant

We are looking for IT Support / Time Implementation Consultants to assist with a short-term onsite deployment project. In this role, you'll install and configure employee time clock devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful system implementation. This position requires strong customer service, basic networking knowledge, and hands-on technical support experience., * Install, configure, and test employee time clock devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Work with onsite IT teams to resolve network and firewall-related concerns.
• Verify device functionality and ensure successful system communication.
• Provide onsite support during implementation and go-live activities.
• Assist end users and leadership with setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Document installation progress and maintain accurate project records.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Communicate deployment status and project updates throughout the implementation.

• Experience with IT support, hardware installation, or device deployment.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, firewalls, connectivity).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience supporting implementation or rollout projects is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
