Job description

Analyst will play a key role in supporting a large-scale retail banking core conversion initiative. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the Retail Conversion Command Center, coordinating readiness review activities, driving communication and reporting efforts, and helping ensure operational readiness before, during, and after conversion. The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across retail branches, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders., Retail Conversion Command Center

  • Design and implement the Retail Conversion Command Center structure to support conversion weekend and post-conversion stabilization activities.
  • Develop call flow processes, call tracking metrics, and reporting mechanisms to monitor support activity and issue resolution.
  • Establish escalation paths, triage procedures, service level expectations (SLAs), and first-line support processes.
  • Create and deliver structured reporting during conversion weekend, including branch performance metrics, issue trends, and support activity updates.
  • Monitor issues, requests, and service performance to ensure timely resolution and escalation when required.
  • Lead communications related to Command Center operations, support processes, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage ongoing Command Center operations during the stabilization period following conversion.

Conversion Readiness Reviews

  • Enhance and refine readiness review scripts and assessment materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of key conversion readiness criteria.
  • Analyze readiness review results and identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize findings from initial readiness reviews to improve subsequent review cycles and readiness activities.
  • Lead communication efforts with retail branches, readiness champions, and leadership teams regarding participation expectations, timelines, and requirements.
  • Develop engagement and recognition programs to encourage participation and increase readiness across the branch network.
  • Establish standard reporting and dashboards to track readiness review metrics and progress.
  • Track, analyze, and manage issues, incidents, questions, and feedback received during readiness review activities.
  • Coordinate escalation of significant issues to enterprise support teams and command centers as appropriate.
  • Provide recommendations and action plans based on readiness review outcomes to help ensure overall conversion success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management, operational readiness, command center, change management, or banking operations experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, banking conversions, or enterprise transformation programs strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail banking operations experience.
  • Experience with command center operations, incident management, or conversion support.
  • Experience designing executive-level reporting and readiness metrics.
  • Familiarity with conversion readiness reviews, training readiness, or operational preparedness assessments.
