Job description

  • Provide Level 1 application support for Parts and Dealer-facing applications by monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents using established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Analyze incoming tickets, identify issue categories, and perform initial troubleshooting following documented support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates, resolution notes, and knowledge articles to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Communicate incident status and resolution progress to business users and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Application Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk functions.
  • Experience with Parts, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain, Dealer Management, or Manufacturing business processes.
  • Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
  • High School Diploma / GED, * Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Parts, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or Agricultural Equipment applications.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, batch processing, APIs, or system integrations.
