- Provide first-level technical support to clients and staff
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot common Windows, Microsoft 365, and printer issues
- Assist with workstation setup, deployment, and upgrades
- Configure user accounts, passwords, and basic access permissions
- Perform software installations and updates
- Document support activities and resolutions
- Assist senior technicians with client projects and maintenance tasks
- Travel to client locations when required

Requirements
Ethixa Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for a student, recent graduate, career changer, or technology enthusiast looking to gain real-world IT experience. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of technical support tasks while learning from experienced engineers and technicians.
No prior professional IT experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology., Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in information technology
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Enrollment in or completion of an IT-related degree or certification program
- CompTIA A+ certification (or working toward certification)
- Experience building or repairing computers
- Familiarity with: Windows 11 and Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Basic networking concepts, Printers and scanners, Mobile devices
