Job description
Client is seeking a Graphics Software Engineer to develop and optimize high-performance real-time rendering systems for Android-based XR (Extended Reality) applications. The engineer will focus on Vulkan graphics programming, GPU optimization, and Dynamic Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) rendering on Snapdragon-powered mobile devices and AR glasses. This is a highly hands-on development role requiring strong C++ expertise and experience optimizing graphics applications for mobile GPUs., * Develop and optimize real-time rendering pipelines using Vulkan.
- Build and enhance Dynamic Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) rendering systems.
- Optimize GPU performance for Qualcomm Adreno GPUs running on Android devices.
- Improve shader performance, rendering efficiency, and GPU memory utilization.
- Design efficient CPU-to-GPU data transfer pipelines.
- Debug rendering artifacts such as flickering, sorting issues, and GPU/CPU precision differences.
- Analyze GPU bottlenecks using profiling and debugging tools.
- Collaborate with XR, Computer Vision, and Avatar engineering teams.
- Contribute to prototype applications running on Android phones and AR glasses., * Vulkan
