Hybrid IT Sourcing Analyst

Accounting Procurement Supply Chain Communication Data Analysis Microsoft Excel Vendor Management Financial Services Request For Proposal Procurement Software Contract Negotiation Stakeholder Management Artificial Intelligence, * Lead end-to-end sourcing engagements for IT vendors, including software and services

• Develop and execute RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
• Conduct competitive bidding and evaluate supplier proposals
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for engagements typically exceeding $250K
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with legal, vendor management, and risk teams to ensure compliance
• Support Category Leads on complex sourcing initiatives
• Maintain sourcing activity within procurement systems (Oracle preferred)

• Experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or strategic sourcing
• Strong contract negotiation experience
• Hands-on experience managing RFx processes
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing engagements simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle or similar procurement/ERP systems
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
