What You'll Do:
- Provide phone-based technical support for specialized imaging systems
- Troubleshoot Windows applications, file structures, and basic software issues
- Handle 13-15 customer interactions per day
- Partner with internal teams to resolve technical concerns

Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service, technical support, help desk, or client-facing experience

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
