Install, configure, maintain, and support POS hardware and software systems.

Troubleshoot and repair: o POS registers and terminals o Receipt and label printers o Monitors and customer-facing displays o EMV/chip and contactless payment devices o Cash drawers and peripheral equipment

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues involving POS environments, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Square POS environments.

Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.

Document incidents, solutions, and system changes accurately.

Collaborate with business users, vendors, and internal support teams to resolve technical issues.

Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when supporting critical business operations.

Participate in off-hours support, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations as required.

Work effectively in high-pressure situations to restore services and minimize downtime.

This role requires hands-on experience with POS registers, printers, monitors, EMV payment devices, and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, and go-getter who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service., a. Hands-on experience supporting POS registers, printers, monitors, EMV payment devices, and related peripherals. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and payment processing issues quickly. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail and/or Square POS is highly desirable. 2) Networking & Infrastructure Support a. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, wired and wireless connectivity. Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues impacting POS systems and payment devices. Experience configuring and supporting network-connected hardware in retail or customer-facing environments. 3) Customer Service & Independent Problem Solving a. Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter and go-getter who takes ownership of issues and works independently with minimal supervision. Ability to perform under pressure, support off-hours operations, prioritize competing tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics 365 Retail, and/or Square POS solutions is a bonus.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of payment processing technologies and PCI compliance principles.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Education / Certifications
