Job description

  • Primary duty is issuing and tracking of logical and physical access media (Yubikeys and facilities access badges) for New Hires.
  • Secondary is backfilling for all Depot functions including device imaging and configuration as well as administrative receiving duties.
  • Secondary role will be machine configurations for user and pre-configurations.
  • Configure, repair and ship all equipment according to SLA's (HP, Dell, Apple devices).
  • Service Now ticketing system for ticket assignments, updates and status.
  • Provide Next Day SLA's for standard configurations.
  • Check in/ QA all returned equipment daily.
  • Follow checklist and all procedures accurately provided by the team lead and client.
  • Repairs- as needed if equip returned is still under warranty.

Requirements

  • Certifications- A+, HP certification to perform onsite hardware repairs
  • Apple knowledge is essential
  • Limited to no end user client interaction
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with management, team lead and team members
  • Represent CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner, Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Benefits & conditions

The hourly rate for this position is between $16.88 - $22.50 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher.
