We're growing our Platform Engineering team and are looking for an experienced Principal OpenShift Kubernetes Engineer to help shape the future of our cloud-native infrastructure. You'll play a key role in designing, automating, securing, and operating large-scale Red Hat OpenShift environments that support critical applications used by millions. What you'll be working on: Managing and optimizing enterprise OpenShift clusters Automating infrastructure with Ansible, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code Driving platform reliability, scalability, and security Supporting multi-cluster, high-availability, and disaster recovery architectures Collaborating closely with application teams to improve deployments, observability, and performance Contributing to the evolution of our Kubernetes platform strategy
Requirements
We're looking for professionals with experience in: Red Hat OpenShift & Kubernetes administration (5+ years) Linux (RHEL), containers, and platform automation Ansible, Bash, Python and/or Go GitHub Actions, GitOps, and CI/CD workflows Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, AlertManager, and Thanos OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) Enterprise networking, load balancing (F5/HAProxy), and cross-datacenter deployments Security hardening, IAM, compliance, and platform resilience Bonus points if you have experience with, To be a process driven organization, achieving subject matter expertise in each of our service domains.
