· Develop, test, and maintain applications, APIs, and backend services using C# and .NET.
· Support enhancements, bug fixes, feature development, and ongoing maintenance across existing applications.
· Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
· Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions.
· Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and release support.
· Collaborate with senior developers, QA, business analysts, product owners, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
· Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.
· Assist with technical documentation, deployment activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Learn and apply secure coding, accessibility, performance, and software-quality best practices.
Requirements
We are seeking a Specialist, .NET Developer with 2+ years of experience to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and backend services.
This is a hands-on development role for someone with a strong foundation in C#, .NET, SQL, and modern software-development practices. The ideal candidate is eager to grow, comfortable working in an Agile environment, and able to partner with senior engineers, QA, product, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions., · 1-3 years of professional software-development experience.
· Experience developing with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
· Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, or similar Microsoft development frameworks.
· Experience writing SQL and working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
· Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
· Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software-development principles.
· Experience using Git and working within collaborative development workflows.
· Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications.
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
· Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or other front-end frameworks.
· Exposure to Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud-hosted applications.
· Exposure to Dapr, Kubernetes, containerized applications, microservices architecture, or distributed-system development is a plus.
· Experience with unit-testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Pay: $37.01 - $47.00 per hour
