SAP Over-the-Counter SD Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Over-the-Counter (OTC) Sales and Distribution (SD) Manager to lead our SAP SD module operations, focusing on the Order-to-Cash process. • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP SD with other enterprise systems such as SAP MM, FI/CO, and CRM platforms.
• Manage technical support for SAP SD modules, troubleshooting issues related to order management, pricing, credit management, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance of SAP environments hosted on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and on-premises VMware vSphere environments.
• Implement best practices for system security, data integrity, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with ITIL standards.
• Supervise a team of SAP analysts and technical staff; provide leadership in project planning, resource allocation, and vendor management for third-party software providers.

• Strong technical background in SAP architecture including integration points with SAP MM (Materials Management), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), and CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including Cisco routers, firewalls, WAN/LAN configurations; understanding of network security protocols is essential.
• Proficiency in database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or SQL Server Management Studio; experience with Linux-based systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL; experience supporting ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking and project management.
