Must have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional support, requirements gathering, system enhancements, testing, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, workflows, reporting, security, and integrations is preferred. Ideal candidates will have enterprise-level Oracle HCM experience and strong business-facing communication skills., * Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Deep experience with Benefits and Onboarding/Journeys.
- Good knowledge of Recruiting and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and converting them into system solutions.
- Experience with configuration, enhancements, testing, and release support.
- Understanding of workflows, approvals, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder communication with HR, IT, and business teams.
Ideal candidate The ideal candidate has direct Oracle HCM Cloud experience and has supported Benefits and Onboarding in an enterprise environment. They should be comfortable working with stakeholders, managing enhancements, solving process gaps, and improving the overall HR technology experience. Required Experience: * 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, HR Technology, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles.
- Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.
- Must have experience in Benefits and Onboarding/Journeys.
- Experience with Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes is preferred.
- Experience in Agile, backlog management, UAT, and enhancement delivery is preferred.
