This role is necessary to: - Provide hands-on technical leadership for platform reliability and scalability - Design and enforce observability patterns and standards - Lead AIOps enablement (Davis AI / causal analysis) - Prevent uncontrolled log growth, alert noise, and cost overruns - Ensure data models align across observability tools (Dynatrace, IBM SevOne, ServiceNow ITOM and others)., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
