Job description
- Design, develop, and support high-traffic, real-time web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC on the backend and Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript on the frontend, ensuring they are performant, maintainable, and reusable.
- Build responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces that work reliably across browsers and devices.
- Lead in establishing architectural best practices and mentor junior team members
- Analyze technical requirements and architect new components and web pages.
- Implement product features, refine specifications, and continuously improve code quality.
- Apply software design patterns and best practices for building reusable and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, source control management, build automation, and testing processes.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver solutions from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business partners on product design, feature development and delivery.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's business domain and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with a modern SPA framework (Angular, Vue, etc.) and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and deploying web applications to a cloud platform (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Experience with software testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience in microservices architectures.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Effective use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong code quality and architectural judgment.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
Base Compensation: $125,000 - $172,000
