Apple IOS Operations Warehousing Cisco WebEx Mobile Devices Desktop Support Customer Service Business Valuation Incident Management Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Audio-Visual Technology Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), We are hiring an IT Support specialist in Ellabell, GA for a permanet opportunity. This technician will provide onsite desktop support within a large distribution center environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Windows-based workstations
Zebra scanners, printers, and mobile devices
Time clocks and warehouse technology
Support high-volume hardware environment (2,000-3,000+ endpoints)
Handle tickets through ServiceNow
Perform in-person support across the facility (including warehouse floor and office areas)
Assist with device deployments, replacements, and maintenance
Provide basic AV support (conference room setups, Cisco/WebEx-enabled devices)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members on incident management and queue prioritization
Maintain a strong customer service presence as the primary IT contact onsite

Requirements
Windows 11 support (MacOS is nice to have)
Android, iOS - mobile support.
Zebra products: handheld scanners, printers, these are Android based hardware.
Strong background in desktop support / field support (hands-on, onsite)
2 + Years Experience troubleshooting:
Windows OS
Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers)
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a bonus
Experience with:
Zebra devices (scanners, printers, mobile computers)
Mobile Device Management tools (AirWatch, Intune, etc.)
Endpoint tools such as IBM BigFix
Exposure to AV technologies (Cisco WebEx kits, conference room setups)
