This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business-translating ambiguous requirements into functional AI solutions while serving as the technical bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams. The successful candidate will help accelerate AI adoption by developing proof-of-concepts (POCs), validating use cases, integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows, and supporting the modernization of legacy applications and business processes. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering business value through practical AI implementations rather than conducting pure research. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities AI Solution Development & Prototyping * Design, build, and deploy AI-powered proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot solutions. * Develop applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and emerging agent frameworks. * Quickly move from concept to working prototype, validating business value and technical feasibility. * Enhance and extend existing enterprise AI capabilities and platforms. * Leverage enterprise AI platforms and copilots, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork, Copilot Studio, Claude Cowork, and similar AI tools, to rapidly prototype solutions, validate use cases, and accelerate delivery. * Design and demonstrate AI-powered workflows, agents, and business solutions using enterprise AI platforms to showcase business value and support stakeholder adoption. Stakeholder Engagement * Work directly with business partners, AI teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities. * Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. * Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations. * Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle. Deployment & Integration * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and internal systems. * Support deployment of solutions into development, test, and production environments. * Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to operationalize AI capabilities. * Perform testing and troubleshooting across local and remote environments. Model Evaluation & Validation * Assess AI and machine learning model performance, accuracy, reliability, and fitness for purpose. * Develop evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies for AI solutions. * Monitor and optimize solution effectiveness based on stakeholder feedback and business outcomes. Application Modernization * Support modernization of legacy applications and workflows through AI-enabled solutions. * Contribute to initiatives focused on business process transformation and operational efficiency. * Develop Python-based services and tools that improve internal productivity and automation., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
