Job description
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies . Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' requirements and leverage the ServiceNow platform and integrations effectively. Identify and solve potential challenges.
- Implementation Support: Support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented. Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions. Address performance bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.
- Project Management: Work with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline. Communicate project status with practice leadership and clients. Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.
- Security and Compliance: Design the security plan and ensure all solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements. Work with security teams to implement security measures and maintain a secure environment.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines. Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices within the team and the Practice. Lead knowledge sharing sessions across the practice.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. Enhance your expertise to provide innovative solutions and approaches.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Mentorship and coaching: Foster growth of our ServiceNow talent pool by targeting career pathways, mentoring and coaching individuals, and tailoring growth plans.
- Strategic Relationships: Foster enduring relationships between ICF, ServiceNow, and our clients. Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
- Corporate Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business. Lead the development of client roadmaps to identify and foster new opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow licenses sales. Present proposed solutions to potential clients, explaining the technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate with the proposal teams and create compelling proposals and oral presentations that outline the technical aspects of the solution.

Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions
- Candidate must have a Top-Secret Clearance
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Experience Creating or Developing Custom Service Now Applications ( AppEngine )
- Certified in three or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
- CIS - Discovery
- CIS - Service Mapping
- CIS - Software Asset Management
- CIS - Hardware Asset Management
- CIS - Event Management
- CIS - Performance Analytics
- CIS - Vulnerability Management / Response
- CIS - IT Service Management
- CIS - Customer Service Management
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Hands-on experience (> 480 hours each) implementing or architecting 20 or more ServiceNow applications
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist features.
- Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow AI Agents, Integration with other AI providers.
- Experience leading technical project teams
- Vast experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and comfort with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Excellence in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript ) and other relevant languages
- Experience in design ing and lead ing complex solutions and integrations
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Strong technical leadership skills and a hunger to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communications skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
- Excellent Conflict resolution skills to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
