Job description

As a Product Manager within SAP Global Customer Support, you drive the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered solutions that shape the support experience for customers, partners, and support engineers.

You turn business and user needs into a clear product vision, actionable requirements, and innovative solution designs, partnering with engineering, UX, data science, and support teams to deliver measurable impact.

You define and drive outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with customer support goals, balancing customer value, business priorities, and data-driven insights.

By tracking success metrics, analysing product usage and customer feedback, and leveraging AI across the product lifecycle -from ideation and prototyping to prioritisation and documentation - you accelerate delivery, maximise adoption, and continuously improve product outcomes., The AI & Support Product Management team transforms SAP Customer Support through AI innovation. Requirements

  • Proven experience in software product management; experience with AI-powered products or AI technologies is a strong advantage.

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution, with the ability to drive initiatives to successful outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • General understanding of product support processes and customer support operations is an advantage.
