Service Delivery Manager - IT Infrastruktur

• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines zugeordneten Kundenportfolios
• Betreuung von IT-Services mit Fokus auf Rechenzentrum, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Collaboration Services und Client Management
• Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung und Servicequalität
• Kundenkommunikation sowie Eskalationsmanagement
• Unterstützung bei Accountplanung, Strategieentwicklung und Geschäftsausbau
• Begleitung von Angeboten, Vertragsmanagement und Maßnahmen zur Serviceverbesserung

• Abgeschlossene technische / wirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Service Delivery Management, IT-Kundenmanagement oder IT-Vertrieb
• Erfahrung mit IT Infrastrukturen und Managed Services (Rechenzentrumsbetrieb, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Collaboration Services, Clientmanagement)
• ITIL Kenntnisse und gutes technisches Verständnis von IT Services
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
