Job description
Are you an experienced OpenText Exstream Analyst/Developer looking to contribute to a large-scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) project? We're looking for a passionate professional to join a dynamic team and help design, develop, and optimize enterprise document generation solutions. Your Responsibilities
- Analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and document CCM processes and functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain OpenText Exstream templates and document composition rules.
- Define input file structures and manage output formats (PDF, AFP, HTML5, LIVE, CSV).
- Integrate document generation with print and digital delivery channels.
- Work with Doc Presentment for SAP and IDoc input formats.
- Produce technical and functional documentation.
- Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT test scenarios.
- Ensure solution quality through QA activities.
- Optimize document generation performance and processes.
- Provide functional support for production workflows and templates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams while following development best practices.
Requirements

5+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream.

Strong expertise throughout the complete document lifecycle within CCM environments.

Languages

Work Environment

- A driving licence and personal vehicle are considered an advantage.
