Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Specialist to support and further develop ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities within a large enterprise environment.

You will act as a key contributor in the implementation and evolution of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB solutions while working closely with Configuration Managers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the ServiceNow ITOM Discovery implementation.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and technical designs.
  • Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management solutions.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB capabilities.
  • Deliver new integrations and data source onboarding initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Create update sets and support release activities.
  • Perform testing, documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Configuration Managers and CI owners.

Requirements

Eligibility: Candidates must be based and authorized to work within the EER

Language: English (C-level), * Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • CSDM-CMDB Data Foundations certification.
  • At least one CIS-ITOM Discovery certification.
  • Strong English communication skills (minimum C-level).
  • Ability to work onsite in Brussels on a part-time basis.
  • Must be located and eligible to work within the European Economic Area (EER).
