Job description
As a Delivery Scrum Master, you will play a key role in delivering cybersecurity and IT continuity initiatives that enhance the organization's operational resilience. You'll coordinate complex cross-functional deliveries, manage dependencies, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple teams.
You'll contribute to a major strategic initiative involving the deployment of a third datacenter designed to support vital banking services in the event of a major physical or cyber incident.
What You'll Do
- Lead delivery across multiple Agile security initiatives and features
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and Agile ceremonies
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress
- Monitor budgets, quality, timelines, and implementation
- Report delivery status to senior management
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
- Drive collaboration across squads, tribes, and key stakeholders
- Track team capacity, velocity, and delivery metrics
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Contribute to IT Security operations, incident, change, and release management
- Define and monitor KPIs to improve security service performance
Requirements
Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for delivery, cybersecurity, and large-scale transformation? Join a strategic program focused on strengthening the cyber resilience of one of Europe's leading financial institutions., 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong delivery and project management background
Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools
Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and software development practices
Experience coordinating complex, multi-team delivery in an international environment
Experience in the IT Security (IAM , Resiliency and or Cyber defense Domain)
Nice to Have
- Financial Services or Banking experience
