Service Tool Manager

As Service Tool Manager you will concentrate your activities on the following:

• Report generation and creation.
• ITSM and CMDB administration.
• 2nd line support.
• Development, maintenance, and documentation.
• Escalation of issues with CIs, the CMDB, or invalid/out-of-date documents.
• Reviews procedures and workflows for implementation in the customized ITSM tool.
• Evaluation of request viability, including effort estimation and risk assessment.
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken; other European Languages would be beneficial.
• ITIL certification preferred.

MUST HAVE

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent with 8+ years' experience.
• Background in ITSM and CMDB tools.
• Knowledge of object Oriented programming languages (i.e. Java) and scripting languages (i.e. JavaScript or Python).
• Excel and Power BI knowledge.
• SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or Access) knowledge.
• Unix and Windows knowledge.
• Strong communications and relationship skills are key.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment, and manage customer expectations.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken; fluency in other European Languages beneficial.

SHOULD HAVE

• Background in SMAX, uCMDB, Discovery, and Operations Orchestration from Microfocus.
• ITIL certification.
