Microsoft System Admin Engineer

The role requires support for the maintenance and operation as well as the evolution and enhancement to the ICT Datacentre and Infrastructure service. In particular, the role will focus on:

• Operate, monitor, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, maintain operational procedures for Microsoft Servers and Services:

• Windows Server
• Exchange on Premise and Exchange Online
• File Cluster
• Print Server
• FTP Server
• Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS
• External DNS (currently hosted on Dyn DNS),
• Application load balancers for Ldap, SMTP (currently using Kemp)
• AzureAD
• Office 365
• PKI
• Mi
• crosoft Teams
• One Drive for Business
• SQL Cluster
• Windows Desktop Applications
• Windows Desktop OS Deployment and Configuration

• Upgrade the Server OS regularly in order to keep the systems always under support
• Issue new Certificates when needed
• Renew existing Encryption certificates before expiry

The role will be performed between EUMETSAT premises and teleworking.

Mandatory

• Fluency in English
• Microsoft Server Administration
