Senior Engineer - Audio Machine Learning (18-Month Leased Labor)

• Develop and optimize innovative audio machine learning technologies, such as acoustic scene classification or multimodal scene classification.
• Design, train, and validate the light-weighted models using relevant audio datasets, ensuring suitability for embedded hardware.
• Perform literature analysis and technical insight to identify promising technologies for audio classification and other AI-based audio technologies., * To keep your development ongoing, you will find a broad range of training opportunities. • Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in deep learning. Familiarity with audio signal processing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with model compression techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation) is a significant advantage.
• Programming proficiency in Python is a must. Experience with programming embedded AI systems (e.g., C/C++) is a plus.
• A research-oriented mindset, with curiosity and a passion for hands-on solving complex, real-world problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
