Microsoft 365 Specialist

• Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Cloud-Lösungen, z.B. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online/SharePoint Umgebung inkl. der MS Apps, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business) und sonstige fachbezogene Applikationen
• Mitarbeit im Second Level Support und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen
• Beratung, Konzeption und Design sowie Anwendersupport von Modern Workplace Themen wie z.B. Microsoft 365 & SharePoint-Lösungen
• Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
• Analytisches Erfassen von Geschäftsprozessen und Umsetzung in strukturierte Lösungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Tiefgehende Erfahrung in Microsoft 365 Administration & Governance insbesondere von SharePoint Online, MS Teams
• Fundierte Kenntnisse über den Bereich Microsoft Security & Compliance Center und eine Affinität zu SaaS-Lösungen
• Interesse an Copilot für Microsoft 365 und im Bereich Microsoft Azure
• Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und/oder im Anwendersupport
• Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
