Technical Specialist - Engineering Applications & Licensing

Job Description: Role - Technical Specialist (Engineering Applications & Licensing) You will provide expert support to our customers regarding the installation, integration, and administration of their PLM and CAD/CAM systems-such as Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, and Teamcenter-including license management, system optimisation, and technical support. Main Activities: Support, integration, installation, and administration of applications within the CAD/CAM/CAQ domain License Management & Services: Installation, configuration, and support of licence servers (DSLS, FlexLM, RLM, LM-X, Sentinel, etc.) System administration on Windows and Unix (AIX, HPUX, RHEL) Management and optimisation of heterogeneous network environments Work within virtualization environments such as VMware and Citrix Development and maintenance of scripts (Batch, PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript, PHP, etc.) Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server Troubleshooting and solution development

Expected Skills: At least 5 years of professional experience Administration of CATIA environments as well as licence management (e.g., DSLS, FlexLM, RLM) A confident and professional demeanour Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a service-oriented mindset Excellent proficiency in both German and English
