Business partner for global Fresenius Kabi subsidiaries and subject-matter expert on shareholder matters, ensuring a compliant and effective governance function for Fresenius Kabi AG and Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH

Support to further establish the Subsidiary Management department by proactively defining, coordinating, and implementing global end-to-end standards

Holistic project management: Lead and manage global projects within the CFO area; collaborate closely with subject-matter experts; prepare project-relevant analyses, documentation, and presentations; and ensure alignment within project teams, management, and committees

Support and lead global projects (e.g. Drive the implementation of a dedicated global subsidiary management platform solution and redesign of all related processes)

Manage internal restructuring projects, including mergers, liquidations, and spin-offs

Develop and implement concepts for the new global standard process for policy and training management across Fresenius Kabi

Perform regular and ad-hoc financial analyses, prepare management-ready presentations, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders

Execute core operational responsibilities, such as board nominations, Power of Attorney processes, and maintaining the document management system.

Support the global training concept, including the design, coordination, and delivery of learning sessions for key management roles

Provide support by overseeing financial metrics (e.g. financing, capital structure, dividends)

Document management: Maintenance of the central document management in the global subsidiary management platform

Build and maintain strong working relationships by collaborating closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting & Controlling, and FSE stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Tax, Treasury), as well as all relevant counterparts across Business Units, Regions, and TechOps.
Requirements
You, as a professional with several years of project work experience, will not only benefit from diversified tasks, the productive cooperation with experienced colleagues and continuous professional as well as personal development, but also from creating an international business network., * University degree in business administration, economics, commercial and corporate law or similar, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or taxation

At least 3-5 years' relevant work experience ideally in tax, controlling, finance, subsidiary management or related topics

First experiences in German corporate law, ideally in a corporate holding function

Strong stakeholder management with respect to international and cross-functional global stakeholders

Good Knowledge and experience with international projects, project management methods and tools

Good written and spoken communication skills in English; German skills would be an advantage

Proven analytical skills, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

High interest for international project work in a global environment
