Job description
- Define and maintain project resources, road maps, schedules, budgets, track milestones and deliverables
- Align and coordinate the cross functional teams that deliver to the projects
- Capture, prioritize, and document project requirements and (jira) work packages with the stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks; enforce quality standards, test strategies, CI/CD pipelines
- Communicate progress to stakeholders; produce status reports and executive briefings
- Act as central communication interface for all Stakeholders and Management including KPI and progress reporting
- Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Requirements Engineers, you will coordinate cross-functional development teams and promote agile working methods
Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering + 5 years leading software projects or comparable
- Experience as (Multi-) project manager in software development or similar role
- Proven mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic PM frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP)
- Solid understanding of agile software development including test- and release management processes
- Experience in military communications or defense industry is a plus
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, Orizon's "Aviation" unit is the specialist for personnel secondment in the aerospace sector and - thanks to its excellent industry experience - offers you interesting perspectives in this field.
