Job description
- Service Desk & Support: Receiving, documenting, and prioritizing trouble tickets and service requests via phone, email, or the ticketing system. Escalating unresolvable issues to 2nd-level support or the relevant departments
- Hardware Management & System Administration: Management, configuration, and installation of, among other things, forklift terminals, handheld scanners, and label printers at our warehouse locations. Setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices in accordance with company standards
- IT Operations & Infrastructure: Ensuring smooth IT operations at warehouse locations. Supporting the management and further development of the systems in use
- Process Automation & Digitalization: Participating in the planning and implementation of automated IT services based on workflow-driven processes
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintaining and further developing system and user documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Extensive knowledge of system administration for Microsoft products (Windows 11, Office 365, etc.) as well as experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools (e.g., Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management) is desirable
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to support other locations
- Willingness to be on call outside of core working hours and on weekends
- Excellent written and spoken German skills and basic English skills for communicating over the phone
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
