Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Function Design Responsible (d/m/w) for Mission Management Systems for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland in Donauwörth.

Your responsibilities:

• Development of Operational Concepts and Use Cases for Mission Management Systems - NH90
• Definition of the functional chain - end-to-end specification of the functions and systems required to enable a specific capability on the helicopter
• Requirement Engineering, System Specification, and Design
• Definition of the Integration, Verification, and Validation Strategy
• Support for bench, ground, and flight tests of the relevant systems or functions
• Ensuring system qualification and certification at the helicopter level
• Ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with the overarching plan at the helicopter level
• Stakeholder management with relevant partners throughout the organization, such as project and program management
• Application of modern work practices and agile development methods

• Completed studies in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or completed vocational training with additional training leading to a technician certification or comparable
• Work experience in the field of Design Engineering, Engineering, Research and Development, Aerospace, Product Development and technical Documentation
• Experience in system design, development, engineering, and/or integration of complex avionics systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and integration in the field of avionics
• Previous experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
