Our client, a major service provider working closely with public sector organizations across Europe, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Germany. The company plays a crucial role in supporting services across multiple locations, ensuring operational continuity across their nationwide sites. This is a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment within a multicultural and dynamic setting., * Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory environments

• Manage the setup and maintenance of IT systems across multiple locations in Germany
• Conduct needs analysis and set up user workstations, maintaining thorough documentation
• Support telephony systems including VoIP and mobile solutions
• Maintain and configure printer infrastructure (ORS printer solutions)
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and present recommendations

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent experience
• Solid experience working within a Microsoft infrastructure environment
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive and structured approach to troubleshooting and support
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple support requests independently
