System Administrator in Client Management Full-time / Part-time

• Maintaining our MECM environment (formerly SCCM), including OS deployment, patch management for Windows, Office, and third-party software, as well as implementing and monitoring security and compliance policies
• Planning and implementing the Microsoft Windows Client Lifecycle for our systems
• Operation and maintenance of central driver management
• Operation and maintenance of central BitLocker management
• Operation and further development of central group policies for client systems
• Application control using Ivanti Application Control
• Operation and maintenance of the G Data client antivirus solution, the client firewall, and support for the central data gateway
• PowerShell and batch scripting for compliance settings, GPOs, and queries, as well as for some software distribution, including packaging, rollout control, and quality assurance
• Reviewing and implementing client hardening in accordance with security and compliance requirements
• First-level support tasks of various kinds, often in the context of home office-related issues
• Implementation of measures in the context of incident response
• Maintaining the MDM system for iOS and iPadOS devices, including security and compliance settings, managing the update cycle, and coordinating internal testing for enterprise apps
• License management within departmental responsibilities

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on computer science/electrical engineering or a similar technical field
• or you have completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience in the field and a strong track record
• You have comprehensive knowledge of Windows client operating systems, particularly regarding their management and optimization using Microsoft MECM (formerly SCCM)
• You are innovative, have strong organizational skills, and are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• You possess in-depth knowledge that you enjoy keeping up to date
• Customer focus, initiative, and teamwork come naturally to you
