Job description

Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group., We are looking for a highly motivated team member to lead and further develop our enterprise-wide capability for identifying, prioritizing and reducing cyber risk. This role combines technical depth and process ownership, ensuring that vulnerabilities and security exposures across IT, cloud, application, configuration and OT environments are managed in a risk-based, scalable and transparent manner., * Lead projects to further develop vulnerability management

  • Develop and optimize vulnerability scans based on current threat landscapes
  • Support the analysis of software for vulnerabilities and the further development of integrations into build tools and DevSecOps practices
  • Responsibility for the automated detection of vulnerabilities and for operating Fresenius vulnerability scanners for IT, cloud, and Active Directory
  • Analysis of vulnerability findings, support prioritization, and advise internal departments on remediation measures

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT security; strong knowledge of vulnerability scanning or penetration testing is an advantage
  • Experience in operating and monitoring vulnerability scanners, vulnerability management platforms, and security assessment tools, e.g. Tenable, Qualys, or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge in implementing automation using tools and scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, teamwork skills, and an independent working style
  • Business-fluent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
