AI Engineer

• Build evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and automated feedback loops to improve model performance.
• Create scalable pipelines for processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Own the reliability, scalability, and architecture of production AI systems.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute directly to the technical direction and future architecture of the platform.

• 2+ years of experience building production AI, ML, NLP, or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong understanding of retrieval systems, embeddings, RAG architectures, and unstructured data processing.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI applications in production environments.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python and modern development practices.
• Ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership from idea to production.
• Excellent communication skills and a product-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI, React, or TypeScript.
• Startup, founding engineer, or early employee experience.
• Experience at high-performance technology companies or research-driven organisations.
• Background in machine learning competitions, Kaggle, Olympiads, research, or other recognised technical achievements.
