• Sie unterstützen die Beratung unserer Bauherren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Senior Sales Manager:innen
• Als Teil des Projektteams in der Angebotsphase erarbeiten Sie technische Konzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Architekt:innen und Fachingenieur:innen
• Sie ermitteln Baukosten und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für unsere Kund:innen mit Hilfe unserer modernen Tools zwecks kundenorientierter, überzeugender Angebotserstellung
• Sie formulieren und erstellen Angebotstexte zur Vorbereitung der Vertragsverhandlung und wirken bei der Auftragsvorbereitung mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. Versorgungstechnik, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Gebäudetechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
• Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, Kalkulation oder Planung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen mit, idealerweise im Rechenzentrums- oder Industriebau
• Kenntnisse gängiger MS-Office Software sind Voraussetzung, Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware von Vorteil
• Sie verfügen über eine Affinität für Bautechnik und es gelingt Ihnen analytisch, strukturiert vorzugehen und unternehmerisch zu denken
