IT System Administrator

• Configuration, maintenance, and administration of our clients' IT systems in Windows client and Microsoft server environments.
• Collaborating with the team to administer our clients' IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, public cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure), on-premises servers, and data center infrastructure.
• Support and optimization of network and firewall structures (focus on Sophos, Securepoint, and Ubiquiti).
• Administration and support of modern IP telephony systems.
• Implementing state-of-the-art technologies and services for complex, high-availability server and network architectures, as well as migrating and supporting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Incident and problem management, as well as troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd-level support), including technical assistance with Layer 8 issues.
• Development of new IT strategies, automation of recurring tasks, and expansion of managed IT services for client and server environments.
• Management and/or execution of (sub)projects in various departments.
• Depending on your personal focus and strengths, your work will center on maintaining our Microsoft environment, network management, or our telephony solutions.

• Completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Your profile is characterized by a clear focus on at least one of the following areas:

• Extensive experience in administering Windows clients and Microsoft server products, as well as in hybrid and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams).
• Practical knowledge of network and firewall administration, ideally gained through experience with vendors such as Sophos, Securepoint, or Ubiquiti.
• Extensive experience in setting up and administering modern VoIP/IP telephony solutions.

• Customer focus and a service-oriented mindset.
• A structured and independent work style with a strong commitment to performance.
• Knowledge of and certifications in ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and management of IT service processes.
