Job description

Whether it's managing the server environment, setting up the network infrastructure for a new location, or implementing new software or cloud apps: our extensive in-house capabilities and the fact that we have complete control over our IT environment provide a vast playground for IT professionals THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL ENJOY

  • Managing Microsoft 365: Supporting and further developing Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and PowerApps.
  • Providing support: Second-level support for all applications within your area of responsibility, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Supporting Workplace Management: Supporting Matrix42 in the service portal and workplace management.
  • Managing software distribution: Administering and overseeing software distribution using Empirum.
  • Manage business applications: Support and further development of applications such as Avero, LucaNet, and DATEV.
  • Support lifecycle management: Managing and implementing updates, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Further developing M365 and Azure infrastructures: Providing technical support and optimizing the environments.
  • Adhering to IT standards: Ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification with professional experience in a relevant position
  • In-depth knowledge of M365, MS Azure, and access controls (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Ideally, you have obtained certifications in the areas mentioned
  • Knowledge of B2B/EDI communication is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, loyalty, ability to work independently, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer and service orientation-ideally, an understanding of logistics processes
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty outside of core working hours, including weekends, in a socially responsible manner
