Job description
As an eCommerce Executive or Intern, you will support the day-to-day performance and execution of our Dyson DACH web shop, sitting at the intersection of trading and content.
You will play a key role in ensuring the website delivers an excellent customer experience while supporting commercial objectives. Working closely with eCommerce Managers, Content Executives and cross-functional teams, you will help execute trading plans, maintain site health, and optimize onsite performance.
This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce trading and digital merchandising, with exposure to both commercial decision-making and content execution.
What you'll do:
Support Trading Execution

Assist in executing the trading calendar, including promotions, campaigns and peak trading moments

Support day-to-day monitoring of website performance, identifying issues and escalating where needed

Help implement pricing, promotional and merchandising changes in collaboration with the Trading team

Support stock awareness and flag potential risks such as low availability or overstock
Manage Website Content & Merchandising

Update and maintain website content using CMS tools to ensure a premium, consistent customer experience

Support product launches and onsite merchandising across categories

Ensure all onsite content aligns with brand guidelines and commercial priorities

Assist with campaign setup and landing page execution
Work Cross-Functionally

Collaborate with eCommerce, Content, Marketing, Supply and Analytics teams to execute digital initiatives

Support coordination across DACH markets and regional stakeholders
Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital or similar field

First experiences (internship or working student) in eCommerce, digital or online business
Skills & Mindset

Strong interest in eCommerce, trading and digital customer experience

Detail-oriented with a structured and organized way of working

Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Solutions-oriented with a "get things done" attitude
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CMS tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe or Google Analytics) is a plus but not
